Site saturation mutagenesis (SSM)
This script performs a site saturation mutagenesis (SSM) on all positions of a protein sequence. For each position, the script generates 19 other sequences with an amino acid different from the wild sequence at this position. The total number of sequences is n*19 with n that is the length of the sequence.
If you want to saturate only one or a few sites, use the general Saturate/combine tool.
