Gene shuffling mutagenesis
This script splits up two parent protein sequences into a given number of fragments. Next it shuffles the fragments between the two parent proteins. The tool keeps the fragments in the same order as in the parents.
Example
In order to undertand the tool, see the following example:
- Parent protein A (green) that will be cut before positions 120 and 380 for generating three fragments
- Parent protein B (blue), that will be cut before positions 120 and 370 for generating three fragments
